John Bower is an experienced management consultant, and is the founder of Human Potential - which became the largest distributor of Harrison Assessments in Asia and second largest in the world just 4 years after starting.  Trained in the science of assessing people to predict their productivity at work, his expertise includes executive coaching to unleash hidden strengths, succession planning to maximize potential, recruitment, staff retention and team building to increase communication trust and synergies.

John has successfully handled numerous complex and high profile Human Resources challenges in the PRC and in Hong Kong on behalf of a number of multi-national clients, including a leading Hong Kong based Airline, numerous Hong Kong government departments and a large Hong Kong trading firm. He is the trainer and key support contact of a network of 15 freelance consultants and trainers in Hong Kong and PRC, and over 120 end-users of Harrison Assessments. 

He has delivered Harrison Assessments training in Hong Kong, PRC, Australia, and Europe, and takes an active role in development of new Harrison Assessments products.  He has built more than 30 customized competency templates for many of Hong Kong’s leading companies.

With his broad range of knowledge and expertise, John has been interviewed by a number of newspapers and magazines including Hong Kong Economic Times,SCMP (Jiu Jik), and HK Headline Daily. He  is also in demand as a speaker, giving seminars for the Chambers of Commerce, Professional Associations, Industry Associations, MBA Schools, and others.
