The purpose of this training is to empower consultants and clients with knowledge necessary to help businesses select, develop and train individuals by using the Harrison Assessment (HA).

- How to understand paradoxial behaviors in an individual
- How HA is used in selection, team building, talent management, succession planning, leadership development and 360s.
- How to use and interpret all the reports within HA
- How to use the Paradox reports as a tool for internal/external coaching
- Introduction to building customized position templates to match people to specific jobs
- How to adminsister the questionnaire and run the reports
- How to deliver one-on-one feedback and group feedback based on the HA results
- Internal and external consulting opportunities using HA
